Ting Jun has 5 years of experience as a physiotherapist. She started her career in the hospital setting and has worked with patients from all age groups. During these 5 years, she has worked largely in Changi Sport Medicine Centre, and specializes in the treatment of patients with sports related injuries and post knee and ankle surgery. Ting Jun has a special interest in treating patients with ankle and foot injuries and has given talks on foot and ankle injuries to the public and general practitioners in 2012. As an avid runner, Ting Jun also enjoys treating patients with running injuries. One of the techniques Ting Jun uses to treat patients is clinical pilates. She is trained with Australia DMA’s approach to Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation. Clinical Pilates places a strong emphasis on achieving core stability and achieving pain free movements through direction specific exercises.
